The Full Monty
This was an alright film. Definatley some funny moments. But I didn't think it was all the rage like people seemed to think way back when it came out. Although did anyone also notice how gross Robert Carlyl's teeth are? They look all rotten and shortened. He must be a sleep-grinder.The scene at the bank was pretty funny, where "Hot Stuff" is on the radio and they all start subtley dancing. I likes that. But other than I don't really have anything too much to say about this movie. Comme ci, comme ca. Good movie.

Jonah: A Veggie Tales Movie
I also watched this one this afternoon.So yeah, did you know the veggie tales are a bunch of bible thumpin' angiosperms?? I had no idea. Either way though, rather good movie. Lots of morals and good stuff like that. But come on.....who can't resist a movie with peas that have pirate hats on?? That to me is a great movie. Lots of song and dance. But I pondered throughout the film how the veggies held on to things, as they obviously had no arms. But it is a child's movie, and frankly, kids don't care if you have arms or not. This was a fun movie though, and by fun I mean it's a good movie to keep playing while you make out with someone. Thumbs up for Jonah!

One Hour Photo
I've been waiting to see this movie for a while. I've been hearing mixed reviews. REALLY good, not so great, scary. I watched it tonight and I will say, Robin Williams did a really good job not being funny. And being more like a fuckin peeping tom/albino type character. His odd behaviour definatly gave the movie a creepy oompa-loompa vibe. There wasn't much chacracter development other than Sy (Robin) but i guess that was the point. It wasn't what I call scary.......except for that part where he is dreaming and and he starts crying blood and then his face starts bursting with blood. That was pretty cool. But overall, it was a good movie. For those of you who are scared of scary movies *cough-sheena-cough*, this is a good one to watch to still give you that edgy feel.
